Primary Focus
I focus most of my attention on the customer experience. As a distressed property specialist in a market that is uncertain, I am dedicated to understanding others and listening to customer needs. Whether selling or buying, in a down market people have specific needs and I believe in building relationships for life and making them raving fans for years after a transaction. Buyers become sellers, and Sellers become buyers and then again. I spend most of my time helping buyers find the best deals and my skills to negotiate save my buyers thousands. My sellers benefit from my sphere of buyers and attention to marketing. I seek to cause transactions.

Real Estate Experience
I earned my real estate license in 2004 and began my career as a land specialist. I spent most of my time finding development properties for builders. By marketing and farming for sale and not for sale properties that could be used in development I learned complex transactions at a rapid pace. I have amassed much experience in zoning and land use in many Metro Jurisdictions. Aiding in the design and model home furnishing of new construction subdivisions has given me new home selling experience that has also been invaluable to my knowledge base. I have experience in upper end properties and have been involved in the design and marketing of two Street of Dreams homes and both won multiple awards including Best of Show in many categories.

My design exposure has led me into many word of mouth experiences in preparing homes for sale. Choosing paints, de-cluttering, and staging services for homes increases the chance for sale and I find the service for sellers to be an added benefit to getting homes sold in a distressed market. When combined with true market knowledge of homes that are selling, the correct price has led to successful transactions even in todays environment. By finding the best home in the area with the best price our team has found a niche by serving our buyers and sellers to the best of our ability.
